KCI’s Program Management Services include: Construction Management Support – KCI’s professionals support our clients’ construction, modification, renovation, safety, capacity, maintenance & major repairs projects. We provide a full range of pre-construction, construction, contract administration, post-construction and occupancy phase services. Architectural and Engineering Support Services – KCI offers Architectural and Engineering staff support including design review; master planning, space planning and interior design services; project management; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire protection and life safety engineering services; energy savings performance contract support; feasibility studies; and construction administration (post-design services). Acquisition Management Augmentation Support Services: KCI can augment our clients’ acquisition support staff in all aspects of contract management, contract close-out support, acquisition planning, and documentation development. |
